We make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible - usually within a few days after receiving it. However, under normal circumstances, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery, especially when ordering 10 paks or lab specimens which are not prepared until we receive your order and payment. You may pay for your order via MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, an approved PO or personal check. Checks must clear our bank before we ship your order.
SMALL PACKAGES (4 pounds or less) consisting of items in stock are normally shipped via US Postal Service parcel post. Transit time is usually about 5 business days. LARGER PACKAGES (4.1 pounds or more) are shipped via UPS ground. Transit time is approximately 5 business days. SPECIAL DELIVERY and HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: If you need faster delivery (priority mail, overnight or second day), or if you pay via a bank funds transfer, there will be additional charges for the service. Please call for information. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via US Postal Service. Customers from outside the US can pay via MasterCard, VISA or International Money Order. We can also arrange for billing via PayPal. We normally ship via the US Postal Service using the most economical means available unless directed by the customer to expedite the shipment at additional customer cost. For example, overseas deliveries can take 4-6 weeks using surface delivery methods as opposed to 3-5 days via Global Express.
