Although we ship your order as quickly as possible depending on how busy we are (usually within a few days) please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks, especially when ordering 10 paks or lab specimens which are not prepared until we receive your order.
In the continental US, smaller packages are shipped via USPS parcel post. Priority mail shipping is available - check with us about the additional cost. We normally ship larger packages via FedEx ground which usually takes about 3-5 business days for delivery. We also use UPS second day air for those who need their order right away. If you have questions regarding the shipment of your order, please check with us. For all other locations including Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via the most economical means available unless directed by the customer to expedite the shipment at additional customer cost.
