| IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION |
Although we ship your order as quickly as possible depending on how busy we are (usually within a few days) please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks. With the exception of some of the more common rock and mineral specimens, 10 paks and lab specimens are often custom ordered from one or more of our suppliers. It sometimes takes 2-3 months to obtain less common specimens.
In the continental US, small packages are shipped via USPS parcel post or priority mail. Larger packages are shipped via UPS ground which usually requires 3-5 business days for delivery. For those requiring expedited delivery, we can ship via UPS next day, second day or third day delivery. To find out about the additional cost for such delivery service or for answers to other questions you might have, please call or e-mail us. For all other locations including Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via the most economical means available unless directed by the customer to expedite the shipment at additional customer cost.
